Visit Enhancements are not standalone services. They are available only when booked with a scheduled Silver, Gold, or Platinum property visit and do not constitute a separate visit, emergency response, or additional attendance.
📬 Mail Collection
$5 per scheduled property visit
Collection of visible mail from mailbox and placement inside your residence in a designated location.
Available only as an add-on to a scheduled primary visit.
📦 Package Retrieval
$5 per scheduled property visit
Retrieve delivered packages and place securely inside your residence.
Not available as a standalone service.
🌿 Interior Plant Watering
$10 per scheduled property visit
Water interior plants and perform visual health check. Written care instructions required.
🌳 Exterior Plant Watering
$18 per scheduled property visit
Water outdoor plants and containers. Hose must be connected and operational.
🧊 Refrigerator / Freezer Check
$5 per scheduled property visit
Confirm appliances are operating and within normal temperature range.
