• Visual check for obvious water leaks
• Check for power availability (no testing)
• Observe heating/cooling appears operational
• Check smoke/CO detector presence (visual only)
• Observe for unusual odours (gas, sewage, mold)

3️⃣ Turnover Verification (Big Value Add)

Turnover verification helps confirm the property is guest-ready and documents concerns promptly.

• Verify general condition after turnover
